Rachael McGinn is a new Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, to our practice at Skin and Laser Surgery Center of New England in Nashua, NH. Rachael is now accepting new patients and looks forward to providing exceptional, compassionate care.
Rachael earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Simmons University. From the start of her nursing journey, she knew she wanted to specialize in dermatology. She began her career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as a Registered Nurse on the Burn/Trauma unit, where she gained valuable experience treating a wide range of skin conditions. Rachael completed her Nurse Practitioner clinical rotation at the Skin and Laser Surgery Center of New England and has been receiving extensive training with Dr. Khatri and Raichel FNP-BC since January 2024. She is certified in neurotoxin injections from Aesthetic Mentor and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. Rachael is passionate about providing comprehensive care across a broad spectrum of medical and cosmetic dermatology. She has a particular interest in skin cancer prevention, surgical treatments, as well as managing acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis. Rachael also enjoys exploring skincare and cosmetic products to support her patients’ aesthetic goals.


Anastasia Koroleva, NP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who loves working with patients to address any of their cosmetic or medical dermatologic needs. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing followed by a Master of Science in Nursing at Simmons University in Boston. During her Nurse Practitioner clinical rotation at Skin & Laser Surgery Center of New England, Anastasia trained extensively with Dr. Khatri and NP Raichel, which deepened her passion for the field of dermatology. Anastasia worked for five years at Brigham and Women’s Hospital on various units, where she gained experience working with a variety of pediatric and adult populations. Aided by her nursing background, Anastasia strives to always provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages. She first became interested in dermatology from watching her grandmother undergo multiple surgical procedures to remove skin cancers, and is grateful to now be able to do the same for her patients. She is also passionate about treating chronic dermatological conditions that can have serious impacts on a patients well-being, such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, hIdradenitis suppurativa, and many others. She is certified in Medical Aesthetics Injectables from the National Laser Institute.


Veronica has been with the practice since 2002. Her favorite part of the job is working one-on-one with patients to create a treatment plan that helps them reach their desired results.
